Furniture Spraying& RefinishingNorfolk & UK-wide
In-house spraying, lacquering and refinishing for timber frames, chair legs, kitchen units and side cabinets. Colour matched, factory-quality finish for contract or domestic work.
The finish that pulls the whole scheme together
Refinishing is often the last piece of a refurbishment brief and the first thing people notice. A tired chair frame with a new sprayed lacquer looks like a different piece. A kitchen with resprayed units is a fraction of the cost of a full replacement and often looks better.
We spray in our Norwich workshop, controlled environment, correct primers, colour matched to your scheme. Frames come off our own manufacturing line, our reupholstery line, or in from customers as a standalone job.
This is an in-house capability we use to complete our own projects. It isn't our headline service, but it's a genuine reason to choose one supplier rather than juggling a manufacturer, an upholsterer and a sprayer.
Why finishing decides how the piece reads
An uneven finish on a chair frame or a run of dining tables shows up hard under restaurant lighting. Brush marks, orange peel, patchy colour and thin build all tell the guest 'value engineered'. Poor finish undoes good joinery and good upholstery.
The other trap is skipping proper prep, filling, sanding and priming. Sprayed lacquer on badly prepped substrate looks fine for a week, then telegraphs every defect underneath.
Skipping filler and primer stages to save time
Spraying outside a controlled booth environment
Guessing colour rather than sample-matching to the scheme
Using a domestic-grade lacquer on commercial furniture that lives under abrasion
Simple to start. Precise to finish.

UK-Wide Collection

What we spray and how we spray it
Spraying is a controlled process (booth, primer, topcoat, cure) applied to different substrates with different lacquers. Here's how we approach each.
Timber frames & legs
Chair frames, table legs, banquette bases and joinery frames. Stripped or sanded, filled, primed and sprayed in the specified colour or a clear satin/matt lacquer.
Kitchens & side units
Kitchen door respraying and refinishing of side cabinets, dressers and freestanding units, a fraction of replacement cost and completed in a fraction of the disruption.
Metal frames
Bar stools, banquette legs and metal underframes powder-coat-alternative sprayed for colour flexibility.
Finishes & sheens
Matt, satin and gloss lacquers; solid colour, wash, or clear-over-stain. Sample first, commit second.
Commercial vs domestic
Commercial furniture spraying uses harder-wearing lacquers designed for hospitality abrasion. Domestic furniture uses a finer-finish domestic lacquer for hand-feel and appearance.
Straight answers, before you enquire.
Can you match a specific colour?+
Yes, RAL, brand palettes, paint chips, or existing pieces. We sample and get sign-off before committing.
Do you spray kitchens?+
Yes, kitchen unit respraying is a common job. It's a fraction of a replacement cost and finishes in a fraction of the time.
Do you collect and deliver?+
Yes, UK-wide collection and delivery, or we combine spraying with a manufacture or reupholstery job.
How much does spraying cost?+
It depends on volume, prep required and finish spec. Every quote is free and itemised.
Is the finish guaranteed?+
Yes. Terms specific to the piece and use are confirmed at time of order.
Can you spray on-site?+
Most spraying is done in the controlled booth environment at our workshop. Some large fixed pieces can be finished on site, assessed case by case.
How long does the finish last?+
In commercial use, contract-grade lacquer typically holds up for several years of daily service before a refresh. Domestic life is longer.
